Great picture! Leaping is the perfect imagery to rejoicing! It provides “spring” with so many diverse, yet appropriate, meanings.

I’m that sheep…Lord keep me from wandering.

Just about as soon as that little fella hits the ground, he will start to wander off again.
( I know I do, anyway)

Praise the Lord that His Word does not change…what was truth then is still truth now. No matter how far that little sheep strayed, God still searches for it to bring it back to the fold!

I’m pretty sure that’s a goat.

Sheep or goat? Wheat or tares? Sometimes it is hard tell and we have to let them all grow up together and in the harvest they will be separated, right and left. If it is a goat most of the above comments were made by folks who were deceived and one or two of them self deceived into thinking that they, themselves are sheep, when in reality they are still goats. People, we must examine our own selves and see whether we are in the faith or not. On judgment day you do want an unpleasent and horrific surprise. Thank you, Marusha, for the poignant observation.
