Right before the gunfight at the OK Corral, there was a dispute as to whether green bean casserole was acceptable for “Christian Cowboy” potluck dinners. Most preferred beans n weenies.

Actually, it was a fight over closed or open Lord’s Supper with premillennial dispensationalism vs. postmillennial pretribulation rapture overtones or something like that… No one actually remembers or cares because, shucks pardner, it will all work out in the end anyway.
