		<description>There was a strange culinary thing going on, they stuffed a turkey with a duck and stuffed the duck with cornish hen and baked that and the fancy diners wanted that for Thanksgiving.  But the idea of stuffing a bird with a smaller bird...just seems like too much work....and it just doesn&#039;t seem right.</description>
