A medical team was dispatched to Valley Family Church on Sunday after several members of the congregation complained of itching ears during the service. Medical personnel immediately gave cortisone shots and sent everyone home. Pastor Blaine Sikeston apologized for the mishap, saying, “I made the mistake of preaching directly from Scripture, instead of using a topical monologue from the ‘Sermon-of-the-Month’ Club. It won’t happen again.”

….Imagine that? Why that daring man, the nerve to use the Bible when he decided to preach!!!! Who does he think he is? Charles Spurgeon????

What do you do with a severe case of itching ears? Why don’t you try “Osteenointment H”…the latest in heresy ear ointment…available at your local Word Faith Worship Center!

Maybe the medical team should consider “Fruit of the Spirit” next time,as a more “holistic” cure!

Something people need is the Word of God, not any of that wishy washy internet sermonette fluff! If any “shots” should be administered to is the “anti-heresy” shots. Something that will counteract false doctrine.
