This is a hard-hitting commentary on this subject!

Such a judgmental admonition would not been as keeping with the highest calling – that of being at all times in all way congenial.

Jan didn’t want to be known as “unloving”…!

Thanks for this. I have linked this to my friends on my email list… for those who don’t take the time to read full expositions on the topic. It says a lot with one picture.
For a full and excellent exposition on the judging issue, I have a permanent page on my blog, written by Yomi Adegboye, on this topic:

And Yomi’s website is also a great resource: http://www.pressingforthecrown.org

As my gran used to say, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” To not judge may appear to be a good intention but there are people going to hell because folks don’t want to upset them.
Help us Lord to throw off the desire to be liked when following that desire leads to the Truth not being shared.

Think I will send this to my state representative.

If the blind lead the blind, do they fall into an empty pool as easily as a ditch?

We need to be obedient to God and be concerned what God thinks about us, and less focused on fearing people calling us “judgmental”. After all, it is God that we will have to answer to, not these cultural folks who don’t like people telling them their lives are not pleasing to God as they are.
People need to see their true reflection in the mirror rather than the phony image they pretend is real.
